Working Methodology – V model, Agile & Scrum methodology

IT being a technical field, has its own complexity but we don’t believe in scaring our clients by using jargons which sounds like a rocket science.

No extra cost for hiring a baritone salesman to explain you what you got to do with this thing? We adopt V model which is a graphical representation of the sequence of steps in a project life cycle development. It describes the activities to be performed and the results that have to be produced during product development. The left side of the “V” represents Verification or evaluation of whether or not a product, service, or system complies with a regulation, requirement, specification, or imposed condition by the clients.The right side of the V conveys the assurance that a product, service, or system has met with the needs of the customer and other identified stakeholders.
As our development process is a 3 tier pyramid, we tend to follow agile and scrum methodology for complete quality check and efficacy of our service. As our pool of client is diversifying everyday, we now aspire to imbibe CMM3 model for a quintessential service delivery.
